What we collect

- Account information: if you create an account, your email and a hashed password.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited and device type, used to understand what is and is not working on the site.
- Marketing: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to handle returns and support requests, to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you opt in — to send you occasional emails about new products and offers.
Who we share it with
Our courier partners receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver. Our payment gateway receives what it needs to take payment. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 8 years to meet Indian tax requirements. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email care@glovya.in and we will respond within 30 days.
