Where we deliver
GLOVYA ships across India to every serviceable PIN code through our courier partners. We do not ship internationally yet.
Charges
- Orders of ₹999 and above: free standard shipping.
- Orders below ₹999: a flat ₹79 shipping charge.
- Cash on Delivery: an additional ₹40 handling fee applies.
Timelines
Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. After that they go out the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or national holidays.
- Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune: 2 to 4 working days
- Other cities and towns: 4 to 7 working days
- Remote and north-eastern PIN codes: 7 to 10 working days
Tracking
You will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is picked up. You can also use our Track Order page with your order number and billing email.
Failed deliveries
Our courier partners attempt delivery three times. If all three fail, the parcel returns to us and we will refund the order value minus the shipping cost. Please make sure your phone number is reachable.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery where possible and write to us at care@glovya.in within 48 hours with photographs. We will send a replacement at no cost.
