By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
2. Products
We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Slight variation in colour or texture between batches is normal for formulations with natural ingredients and is not a defect.
3. Cosmetic products, not medicines
GLOVYA products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant, or are on prescription treatment, speak to a doctor before changing your routine.
4. Patch testing
Please patch test any new product on your inner forearm for 24 hours before applying it to your face. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by emailing care@glovya.in. After dispatch, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
8. Coupons
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated. GLOVYA10 is valid on a customer’s first order only. We may withdraw any promotion at any time.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
